Family

The Family Leadership Network supports Family Ministry leaders in the ACNA in their work of cultivating a vital partnership between church and home to raise the next generation of disciples.
We offer support and connection by:
  • creating and sharing resources for churches and households;
  • encouraging leaders with companionship, training and prayer;
  • empowering parents to take up their role as the primary faith-influencers of their children;
  • protecting children by advancing best practices for the prevention and reporting of child sexual abuse.

Resources For Safeguarding Children

5 WAYS TO PRAY FOR THE CHILDREN IN YOUR CHURCH

Jesus, you placed a child in the midst as an example of how we both enter and live in your Kingdom, so we treasure their presence and pray they may:

  • discover a friendship with you marked by wonder and deep joy
  • develop confidence in who you made them to be
  • develop boldness in loving others, including those who are hard to love
  • discern your calling on their lives and on their generation
  • be deployed to reveal the Kingdom at every stage of life, gripped by the Good News and empowered by the Spirit
